1. Acceptance
By installing or using NULLBYTE ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use NULLBYTE. By using the Service, you confirm you are 13+.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose a handle that doesn't impersonate others or contain offensive content.
- One account per person. Multi-accounting may result in bans.
- We may rename or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation/bots, or modify the app to gain unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, doxx, or harm other users.
- Send spam, unwanted advertising, or malicious links.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Use the Service for illegal purposes.
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans without refund.
5. In-App Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
- All sales are final, except where required by applicable law.
- Purchased items are tied to your account; if your account is banned for Terms violations, items may be forfeit.
- Consumable items (hints, gHOST activations such as PROXY or NC Tumbler, etc.) are used immediately and cannot be refunded once consumed.
- We may modify or discontinue items.
6. Virtual Currencies
- BTC, REP, and NULLcoin are in-game virtual currencies earned through play.
- gHOST is a premium in-game token obtained through in-app purchase (or occasional free grants).
- All of these have NO real-world monetary value.
- They cannot be sold, exchanged for real money, or transferred between accounts (outside of in-game systems such as crew treasury, NULLcoin transfers, or dark web escrow).
- gHOST spent to activate an in-game effect (such as PROXY or NC Tumbler) is consumed at activation and is not refundable once spent. Unspent gHOST remains in your account.
- We may adjust balances if obtained through cheating, bugs, or fraudulent chargebacks.
7. User-Generated Content
If you post in chat, your crew, or any user channel:
- You retain ownership of what you write.
- You grant us a license to display it within the Service.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms.
- You are responsible for what you post.
8. Service Availability
- We aim for high uptime but do NOT guarantee continuous availability.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or roll back features.
- We are not liable for losses due to outages, data loss, or temporary unavailability.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account
for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of laws.
Disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
